摘　　要：我国生产的辣椒制品主要出口韩国、欧盟等国家,近几年来,国外对于辣椒制品的技术要求日益增多,其中,对于辣椒制品中添加剂的要求,影响了辣椒粉和辣椒调味粉的出口。针对国外对出口辣椒制品中添加剂的通报情况,以及控制措施进行研究,旨在为相关企业和部门提供参考,促进辣椒制品的出口。Chinese pepper products are mainly exported to South Korea, European Union and other countries. In recent years, foreign countries＇ requirements for pepper products technology are increas- ing, and the requirements for additives in pepper products have affected the export of pepper and pep- per seasoning powder. According to the warnings on additives in pepper products both at home and abroad, the control measures are studied in order to provide references for relevant enterprises and de- partments and promote the export of pepper products.
