摘 要:在玻碳电极表面电化学还原氧化石墨烯制备石墨烯修饰电板,通过优化支持电解质及pH值、修饰剂用量、富集电位及时间等测定条件,建立了基于该电极测定酱油中铅含量的线性扫描阳极溶出伏安分析法。在pH4.5的NaAc-HAc缓冲液中,-1.10V富集5min后,Pb件的浓度在1.0×10^-8-4.0×10^-5mol/L区间内与溶出峰电流呈线性,检出限为3.0×10^-9mol/L。对5.0×10^-5mol/L Pb^2+溶液平行测定10次的RSD为2.6%。将该方法用于酱油中铅含量的测定,平均回收率在95.8%~104.6%之间,结果满意。A graphene modified electrode is prepared by electrochemical reduction graphene oxide (GO) on the surface of a glassy carbon electrode (GCE). A linear sweep stripping vohammetry for the determination of lead in soy sauce is developed by using this modified electrode and optimizing the determination conditions such as supporting electrolyte and pH, the amount of modifier, the accumu-lation potential and time. The stripping peak current varies linearly with the concentration of Pb2+ over the range from 1.0×10^-8 to 4.0×10^-5 mol/L with a detection limit of 3.0×10^-9 mol/L after 5 rain of accumulation at -1.10 V in pH 4. 5 NaAc-HAc buffer. RSD for 5.0×10^-6 mol/L Pb2+ is 2.60% (n=10). The proposed method has been applied to the determination of lead in soy sauce with satisfactory results, the average recoveries are between 95.8% and 104.6%.
