摘　　要：椎基底动脉供血不足(VBI)是临床常见的脑血管疾病,尤以老年人多见,风池穴作为治疗VBI的常用穴,临床效果得到肯定。本文试通过近年来以风池穴为主治疗VBI的文献研究,从解剖结构、针刺方法、作用机制探讨其疗效,以期为临床应用提供参考。This paper is to review research progress of acupuncturing at Fengchi in the treatment of vertebrobasilar insufficiency（VBI） which is a common clinical cerebrovascular disease,especially in the elderly.Fengchi as the commonly acpincture was used for VBI,and its clinical effect has been affirmed.This paper is according to the literature research in recent years,from the structure,anatomy,acupuncture method to explore the mechanism of curative effect,in order to provide the reference for clinical application.
