摘　　要：食品安全信用制度涉及信用信息征集披露制度、信用评价制度、信用法律制度等一系列内容。综合运用实证分析、比较分析等方法,对我国食品安全信用制度现状进行分析,探究食品安全信用制度构建的影响因素并提出相应完善之策。Food safety credit system involves collection of credit information disclosure system, credit evaluation system, credit legal system etc. Comprehensive use of empirical analysis, comparative analysis and other methods, analyzed the status quo of China＇s food safety credit system, explore the factors affecting the construction of food safety credit system and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures.
