摘  要:法国是欧洲唯一的中央集权国家,其教育督导制度不仅形成较早,而且具有较强的独立性和层次性,已成为促进法国教育均衡发展的重要机制。自形成以来,法国教育督导制度在机构设置和人员聘用上都有自己的独到之处。进入新世纪以后,学校督导评估职能的加强成为法国教育督导发展的亮点,进一步体现了法国教育督导在职能、队伍、法制上的特色。其不足在于法国教育督导在督导方法的更新和督导人员的均衡配置方面。France is a unique centralized country in Europe, and its education inspection system is built up earlier internationally and characterized by independence and hierarchy, which becomes a prominent mechanism to improve balanced development of education in France. From its establishment, education inspection system in France shows great advantage in institutional settings and inspector recruitment. Stepping into the new century, the enhancement of school evaluation has become the spotlight of the inspection development in France, which high- lights French merits in function, team, and regulation. It deserves to point out that French system is still weak in upgrading its inspection methods and allocating enough inspectors across areas. In the future, France should en- hance its cooperation with SICI, and facilitate the reform of education inspection system.
