英国全球公民教育的实施现状与挑战探析

摘　　要：随着全球化进程的加快和多元文化的发展,英国政府积极推进公民教育改革,将全球公民教育纳入其公民教育体系当中,以培养英国青少年的全球公民意识和技能。同时,在全球公民教育领域中,英国非政府组织非常活跃,在推动全球公民教育发展方面发挥着一定的作用。本文对英国全球公民教育的发展历程进行梳理,并以英国文化协会的校际连线项目为窗口,探析英国全球公民教育的现状与挑战。With the development of globalization and multi-culture, the UK government actively takes mea- sures to reform their citizen education and brings the global citizenship education into the national curriculum in order to cultivate young people＇s global awareness and skills. At the same time, the non-governmental organization is also very active to put global citizenship education into practice in the UK. This paper looks back to the devel- opment history of global citizenship education, and takes Connecting Classrooms of British Council as an example to analyze the implementation situation and challenges in the UK.
