摘 要:液力缓速器是一些大型车辆中一种重要的辅助制动机构。针对缓速器内流场进行了创新设计与建模仿真,并在为缓速器独立设计的试验台架上进行了试验。在定性控制缓速器内充液状态的基础上测试不同转速、不同充液率下的制动力矩,并与软件计算结果进行对照,为缓速器设计提供了理论依据。The hydraulic retarder is an important auxiliary braking mechanism in oversize vehicles. The internal flow field of the retarder was innovatively designed, and then it was modeled and simulated. In addition, the test was carried out on the test bench designed specially for the retarder. Based on the qualitative control of the liquid inside the retarder, the braking torque at various rotary speed and various liquid-filling ratio was tested, and was compared with the calculation results by software. The study offered theoretical references for the design of the retarder.
