摘 要:普通小麦 (♀ )×三粒小麦 (♂ ) ,F1全为单子房植株 ,F2 及以后各代一直表现为单子房性状 ;三粒小麦 (♀ )×普通小麦 (♂ ) ,F1全为多子房小麦 ,F2 分离 ,且多子房植株与单子房植株分离比例为 3∶ 1 ,F3以后仍有部分分离。分析结果表明 ,三粒小麦的多子房性状是在三粒小麦细胞质存在的前提下 ,由 1对显性核基因控制的遗传。In common wheat (♀) ×Trigrain wheat (♂),all plants of F 1 were mono-ovary,so were F 2 and their subsequent generations.In trigrain wheat (♀) × common wheat (♂),all plants of F 1 were multi-ovary;F 2 population segregated at the ratio of 3 multi-ovary to 1 mon-ovary,parts of F 3 and succeeding offsprings segregated partially.The results showed that,on the premise of cytoplasm of trigrain wheat,the multi-ovary character of trigrain wheat was controlled by one dominant nuclei-gene.
