摘　　要：以黑龙江东方学院为例,分析特色应用型本科院校的性质、特点、培养目标,介绍其特色文献数据库的框架模型、建设内容、应注意的问题等。Taking East University of Heilongjiang as an example, the article explains the framework model, content and problems of characteristic bibliographic database development according to the goals and characteristics of the application-oriented universities.
