论我国学位论文法定呈缴制度的规范和完善

摘　　要：我国学位论文呈缴制度已30多年未修订,且缺少关于呈缴本利用的规定。因此应增加电子本学位论文呈缴和呈缴本合理使用的规定,并通过明确版权归属、增加版权权利声明、规范版权授权书等途径加强学位论文的版权保护。同时应对相关权益人给予适当的经济补偿,并明确呈缴方、受缴方的权利和义务。China＇s dissertation presentation system, which has no the regulations about the utilization of the legal deposit copy, has not been revised for over 30 years. Therefore, the regulations about submitting the digital dissertation and the intelligent use of deposit,make the copyright clear,add the copyright statement and rational utilization of the legal deposit copy should be added, and the copyright protection of the dissertation should be strengthened through making clear the ownership of copyright, adding the declarations of the copyright, and standardizing the of copyright authorization letter, etc. At the same time, appropriate economic compensation should be paid to the related persons of the rights and interests, and the rights and obligations of both submitting party and receiving party should be made clear.
