摘　　要：系统论作为进行学术研究的重要方法,可以使学者对研究对象有一个系统全面的认识。从系统论角度探讨了公共图书馆所处的环境和内部构成,为方便读者对其认识,构建了五位一体的公共图书馆认知模型,并对其进行了宏观和微观方面的剖析,系统阐述了公共图书馆的内部机构及其在人类社会中的作用。System theory, being as an important way for engaging in academic research, can make scholars have a systematic and comprehensive understanding of the study object. From the viewpoint of system theory, this paper explore the environment and the internal institutions of public library, and in order to in order to be convenient for the reader to know it, builds the five-in-one cognitive model of the public library, and makes the macro analysis and micro analysis on it, and systematically expounds the internal institutions of the public library and the role of public libraries in the human society.
