摘　　要：从图书馆管理队伍的优化、文献资源建设的合理化、馆员队伍建设的计划性、读者服务水平的提升、馆舍环境的优化5个方面,论述了高职院校人才培养评估对图书馆的影响。This paper discusses the influence of talent cultivation assessment in higher vocational college on the library from five aspects of the optimization of library＇ s of library＇ s management team, the rationalization of literature resources construction, the planning of librarian team construction, the improvement of readers service level, and the optimization of library＇s buildings and environment.
