微博环境下图书馆危机信息传播及应对策略探析

摘　　要：微博作为一种新兴传播手段,在提高图书馆与读者双方交流便利性的同时,其碎片化传播、情绪主导表达、围观性及管理缺失的特点,也容易催化不良信息的产生和传播,图书馆可以在危机信息传播的潜在期进行安全预警,规避防范危机信息的产生;发生期认真对待,及时有效化解危机;解决恢复期加强舆论引导,分散危机信息。参考文献10。As a new dissemination method, the microblog facilitates the communication between the library and the readers. Meanwhile, the fragmentation dissemination method, emotion-oriented expressing method, onlooker＇s attitude and mismanagement of the microblog can easily catalyze the production and dissemination of malicious information. The library should raise the coping strategies as follws： carrying out safety forewarning in order to prevent the emerging of crisis information in the potential period of information expanding, seriously timely and effectively defusing crisis in the emergence period and strengthening the guidance of public opinion, decentrali- zing crisis information in recovery period.
