HPLC法测定饮料中6种邻苯二甲酸酯类塑化剂的研究

摘　　要：目的建立高效液相色谱法(HPLC)测定饮料中6种邻苯二甲酸酯类塑化剂的检测方法。方法采用超声溶剂浸提,提取饮料中6种邻苯二甲酸酯(DMP、DEP、DBP、DAP、DEHP、DOP),以甲醇/水为溶剂,用C18反相柱分离被测物质,二极管阵列检测器(DAD)测定邻苯二甲酸酯类塑化剂。结果采用超声溶剂浸提的方法,各物质的回收率可达90%以上;甲醇/水可有效分离饮料中6种邻苯二甲酸酯类塑化剂。方法线性好,相关系数r>0.999,相对准偏差可控制在5%以内。结论本方法定量准确、重现性好,可同时测定饮料中6种邻苯二甲酸酯类塑化剂。Objective To establish a method for determination of 6 kinds of phthalate esters in beverage by HPLC. Methods Phthalate esters（PAEs,ineluding DMP, DEP, DBP, DAP, DEHP, DOP）were extracted by ultrasonic solvent ex- traction, separated by C18 reversed phase column. The mobile phase is methanol ／water and the signal was collected by Diode Array Detector （DAD）. Results The recoveries ratio of sample is more than 90% by ultrasonic solvent extraction. The mobile phase （CH3OH／H20） can separated the 6 kinds of PAEs in sample. The correlation coefficient of regression equations（r） can be up to 0. 999 and relative standard deviation is within 5%. Conclusion The method is accurate and reproducible, which can be applicable to determine PAEs in beverage.
