摘 要:目的建立固相萃取—气相色谱法测定食用菌中有机磷农药残留的方法。方法样品粉碎均匀后经乙腈提取、浓缩,CARB/NH2净化,用DB-1701毛细柱分离后火焰光度检测器检测。结果 18种有机磷农药线性关系良好(r>0.996),检出限为0.01 mg/kg^0.05 mg/kg,加标回收率为78.9%~94.1%,相对标准偏差为2.3%~6.2%。结论实验结果表明,采用固相萃取—气相色谱法测定食用菌中有机磷农药残留,准确可靠、重复性好,可用于食用菌中有机磷农药的的测定。Objective To establish a method for the determination of organophosphorous pesticides in edible fungi by solid phase extraction coupled with gas chromatography. Methods The sample was ground and extracted with acetonitrile and then purified through the Carbon/NH2 solid phase extraction column, separated with DB - 1701 capillary column and finally detected with flame photometric detector. Results The 18 kinds of'organophosphorous pesticides showed good linearity( r 〉 0. 996 ), and the detection limit was 0.01 mg/kg- 0.05 mg/kg. The recovery of the method was 78.9%- 94. 1% with the relative standard deviations of 2.3 % - 6.2%. Conclusion The method is accurate and precise and it can be applied to determine or- ganophosphorous pesticides in edible fungi.
