摘  要:以葡萄籽为原料,通过正交实验优化了超临界CO2技术萃取葡萄籽油的工艺,确定最佳萃取条件为:萃取压力30 MPa,萃取温度45℃,萃取时间为60 min。在该条件下葡萄籽油得率不低于16%,而且整个过程不使用有机溶剂,保证萃取的葡萄籽油的纯天然性质。The grape seed was used as raw materials to extract grape seed oil by supercritical CO2 extraction technology. The extraction technology of grape seed oil was optimized by orthogonal experimental design and the best extraction conditions were determined as following: pressure 30 MPa, temperature 45 ℃, time 60 mins. Under these conditions, the yield of crude oil was more than 16%. The extracted grape seed oil by supercritical CO2 was natural because no organic solvents were used during the process.
