摘 要:个性是一个人精神面貌的总和,它形成于人生命的早期,其质量决定着个体稳定的心理特质的发展方向。注重个性是"三性并茂"阳光教育的核心理念之一,是在儿童天性得到葆有与心性得以启蒙的前提下追求个性的完善与和谐。本文从"三性并茂"的阳光教育出发,探讨了个性的价值、存在的问题及教育建议。The existence of human being is with the feature of individuality,which reflects the mental outlook of a person. Early childhood is a period when the individuality of children began to take shape,thus it may to some extent determine the stability of the psychological characteristics of individual development. Respect of individuality is one of the core concepts of the Sunshine Education"paying equal attention to three natures. The ultimate goal of Sunshine Education is Respect Individuality,that is,to achieve personal perfection and harmony on the premise that the nature of children has been kept and respected,and on the basis that the nature of mind has been enlightened and reared. In this paper,we put forward some suggestions about the value, issues and methods of Respect Individuality.
