化痰活血解郁法治疗卒中后抑郁状态临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察化痰活血解郁法治疗卒中后抑郁状态的临床疗效。方法将60例卒中后抑郁状态患者随机分为治疗组与对照组,各30例。对照组口服黛力新治疗(1粒/次,2次/d)。治疗组在此基础上予化痰活血解郁方(柴胡、郁金、石菖蒲、香附等,1剂/d)早晚分服。结果 2组治疗后汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评分比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),2组治疗后中医证候积分比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。2组在治疗过程中均未发现明显不良反应。结论化痰活血解郁法治疗卒中后抑郁状态有确切临床疗效。Objective To observe the clinical effects of Method of Reducirg Phlegm, Promoting Blood Circulation and Relieving Depression in the treatment of post - stroke depression. Methods Sixty subjects were randomized into two groups： control group in which 30 cases were treated with ＂Flupentixol and Melitracen Tablet＂and treatment group in which 30 cases were treated with Huatan Huoxue Jieyu Decoction （化痰活血解郁） plus＂ Flupentixol and Melitracen Tablet＂, with a course of four weeks. The Chinese medical syndrome scores and HAMD were observed. Results After treatment, the total effective rate was 96.67 % in the treatment group and 90% in the control group. The clinical effects is different between the two groups ： the treatment.group is better than the control group（ P 〈 0.01 ）. after treatment, the Chinese medical syndrome scores and HAMD were all improved more significantly in the treatment group than in the control group（ P 〈 0.01）. Conclusion Method of Reducirg Phlegm, Promoting Blood Circulation and Relieving Depression is quite effective for post - stroke depres-sion.
