新加坡人民行动党执政思维分析

摘　　要：执政思维是执掌政权的思维方式。新加坡人民行动党的执政思维表现出中华文化和东方文明的种种特征。新加坡在实现发展和稳定的过程中之所以取得重要成就并表现鲜明特征,原因之一就在于人民行动党具有实用理性、执两用中、多元共生的执政思维。分析人民行动党的上述执政思维,对于同属东方国家和同样长期执政的中国共产党具有启发意义。Ruling ideology informs the governing class as to how to rule in its jurisdiction. The People＇s Action Party （PAP） in Singapore has a governing ideology that manifests traits common in Chinese culture and oriental civilizations. Singapore has been successful in bringing development and political stability to Singapore importantly because of the ruling party＇s political pragmatism, centrism and Asian communitarianism. Closely studying the ruling ideology of the PAP can yield far-reaching lessons the Chinese Communist Party, which likewise has ruled long in an oriental country.
