摘 要:矿物材料学属于矿物学—岩石学与材料学的交叉学科。中国地质大学是我国最早开展矿物材料研究并设有岩石矿物材料学博士和硕士学科点的重点大学之一。本文对矿物材料学的学科属性进行了简要回顾,对我校矿物材料学学科建设的总体思路和成功经验进行了重点介绍,并对学科体系与学科平台建设以及人才培养方面等取得的成果做了扼要总结。Mineral material science is an interdisciplinary science of mineralogy, petrology and material science. China University of Geosciences is one of the key universities that took the lead in researching the mineral material and has the right to recruit and train graduate students and Ph.D. candidate of mineral material science. In this paper, the subject characteristics of mineral material science were briefly reviewed. The general approach and successful experiences to mineral material discipline establishment were described in detail. Some of the early results of the construction of the subject system and platform, as well as creative talents training were summarized.
