摘　　要：为了更客观地了解新一代网络用户信息查询行为的特点,引入认知科学的"问题解决理论"作为研究的理论基点。"问题解决理论"的"问题"和"问题解决"不同于传统意义的解释。新一代用户信息行为的研究选择"问题解决理论"从理论上和实践上都有其适用性。In order to know the characteristics of the information seeking behaviors of the new generation Internet users, we draw into the problem-solving theory to research the issue. The ＂ problem ＂ and ＂problem-solving＂ of the problem-solving theory is different from the traditional ones. It is suitable for using the problem-solving theory to research the information seeking behaviors.
