摘　　要：法约尔的对工业社会和管理思想有巨大贡献,其管理思想历久弥新,其当代意义主要表现在三个方面:一是严谨细致的逻辑分析方法和追求真理的科学精神值得我们借鉴和学习;二是在阐述14项管理原则和5项管理要素的过程中,进发出许多管理思想的火花,给人们很多启发和想象;三是提出的管理要素思想,对当代管理过程学派的形成和发展产生了深远的影响。Fayol has made great contributions to the industrial society and the management idea, the management thoughts of time, its contemporary significance mainly displays in three aspects ： one is the scientific spirit of rigor- ous and meticulous logical analysis method and the pursuit of truth deserves our reference and study; two is in the process of the 14 management principles and 5 management elements in many management, burst out the spark of thought, give us a lot of inspiration and imagination; three is the management idea, has had a profound influence on the formation and development of contemporary management process school.
