摘 要:在变钻井液排量三降三升脉冲传输方式下,利用井下涡轮电机实现对下行传输指令的接收。简述了变钻井液排量三降三升编码传输的方案,构建了五位脉宽指令编码方式。针对井下特殊环境,提出了井下检测接收装置设计要求,给出了井下涡轮电机的内部结构及工作原理,设计完成了与井下涡轮电机配套的检测电路。通过水力驱动实验,研究了钻井液排量与电机输出电压之间的动态关系,实现了对三降三升下传指令的地面模拟实验及井下接收测试试验。实验结果表明井下涡轮电机的检测电压与钻井液排量呈线性关系,采用井下涡轮电机作为井下接收装置可以准确再现地面发送的下传编码指令,测试证明该井下接收装置是可靠且可行的。Turbo engine as downhole detection device was proposed to achieve downward information received by drilling fluid displacement changes. The instruction encoding was introduced, and the effective downhole control instruction was generated by the use of drilling fluid pump displacement to format three descending and three ascending pulse transmission modes. For the special downhole environment, the internal structure and working principle of turbo engine were outlined, meanwhile the measurement circuits were designed. The dynamic relationship between turbo engine output voltage and drill- ing fluid displacement was determined through the hydraulic experimental study, and also the ground laboratory experiment and the real drilling experiment were finished. All the experiments prove that the dynamic relationship is linear, and the three descending and three ascending pulse transmission method is reliable and the downhole receiving device is feasible.
