摘　　要：运用网络联盟相关理论,对R&D网络联盟属性"结构、关系和位置"三个维度进行分析,以中小企业R&D竞争能力的合作研发能力、知识转化能力和开放式创新能力三个关键能力要素为变量,研究R&D网络联盟属性对中小企业R&D竞争能力的影响机理,为中小企业在R&D网络联盟中获取新产品合作研发竞争优势提供理论支持,不断提升我国中小企业在激烈的国际市场竞争中的技术创新能力。By using the network alliance theory, this paper analyzes the three dimensions of the R＆D network alliance properties such as structure, relationship and location, and takes the three key elements of cooperative development capabilities, knowledge transformation capacities and open innovation capabilities as variables to research the impacts of R＆D network alliance at- tributes on SMEs＇ R＆D competitiveness, which can provide SMEs with a theoretical support to obtain a competitive advantage of cooperative R＆D capabilities for new products in the R＆D network alliance as to continuously enhance the technological innovation capabilities of China＇ s small and medium enterprises in the fierce international market competition.
