摘　　要：目的了解实习护生手卫生认知及行为现状。方法利用自行设计的调查问卷,对江西省4所医院403名实习护生进行调查。结果实习护生手卫生知识认知正确率为50.0%,洗手依从率为92.1%,执行诊疗行为后洗手依从率高于执行前。实习护生不正确的干手方式占21.5%,74.7%认为工作太忙没有时间而影响洗手,95.3%愿意接受手卫生知识培训。结论实习护生手卫生认知水平不高,需要强化手卫生意识。OBJECTIVE To understand the cognition of hand hygiene and action among practical nurses. METHODS Used self-designed questionnaires to investigate 403 practical nurses from four hospitals in Jiangxi Province. RESULTS The cogni- tion rate about hand hygiene knowledge among practical nurses was 50.0%, the compliance rate about hand washing was 92.1%, and the compliance rate after treatment was higher than before treatment. 21.5% practical nurses used incorrect way when drying hands. 74.7% practical nurses considered too busy to wash their hands. 95.3% practical nurses had willing to accept the training of knowledge of hand hygiene. CONCLUSION These results indicate that the cognition of hand hygiene is relatively low. And it need improve consciousness about hand hygiene among practical nurses.
