大学生口腔医疗需要自我评价与现况检查的比较

摘　　要：目的了解我国大学生口腔医疗的自我评价需求的情况,探讨我国大学生的口腔医疗服务规律,推动我国大学生口腔医疗保健服务。方法参考WHO口腔健康调查基本方法,把口腔医疗需要情况按需要医疗的程度分为四类,在3所大学中采用分层整群抽样调查方法,由口腔专业实习医师检查并记录受检者口腔健康状况,使用FoxPro6.0软件建立数据库,利用SPSS16.0软件进行统计描述分析。结果共调查大学生757人,其中男生574人,女生183人。自我评价结果显示自认为不需要口腔医疗但实际需要的学生占39.0%,自认为需要但实际不需要的学生占9.0%。现状检查结果表明58.5%的大学生需要择期进行口腔医疗,12.0%大学生需要及早口腔医疗,0.8%大学生需要进行口腔医疗急诊,仅有30.9%大学生口腔健康不需要口腔医疗。结论中国大学生对自我的口腔医疗需要情况的评价并不准确,口腔医疗任务也十分的艰巨,需要加强大学生口腔健康教育,提高大学生口腔健康状况水平。OBJECTIVE To compare the self-rated oral health care requirement among university students in China and to explore the difference of the oral disease morbidity in university students in China. To promote the oral medical and health care services in university students. METHODS Referring to the basic survey method about oral health given by WHO, the needs for oral health care were classified into four degree. The students were examined by trained dentists. Used the FoxPro6.0 to build the database. Used the SPSS16.0 software for statistical descriptive analysis. RESULTS The data of 757 students had been collected. The results showed that students in need of oral health care but choosing not in need accounted for 39.0%. Students choosing in need but actually not in need accounted for 9.0%. 58.5% of the students needed selective oral health care, 12.0% of the students needed early oral health care, 0.8% of the students needed oral health care emergently, only 30.9% of the students didn＇t need oral health care. CONCLUSION The self-rated oral health care requirement of most Chi- nese university students is not accurate. We need to strengthen the oral health education among university students. Chinese u- niversity students need dental health care a lot, and the oral health care seems to be a significant problem. It is emergent to carry out early examination, early prevention and early treatment among the students in university.
