中医养生疗法辅助治疗抑郁症的临床疗效评价

摘　　要：目的:通过观察中医养生疗法辅助治疗抑郁症患者的临床症状及情感状态的改变情况,评价中医养生疗法辅助治疗抑郁症的疗效及优势性。方法:将符合纳入标准的抑郁症患者60例随机分为治疗组(气功、保健推拿加常规药物)30例,对照组(常规药物)30例,分别运用相应方法对其进行临床治疗,疗程均为12周,并观察治疗前后患者HAMD量表的变化。结果:治疗组在改善抑郁状态疗效方面优于对照组(P<0.05),治疗组与对照组治疗后的HAMD总分均较治疗前降低(P<0.05),且治疗后治疗组HAMD总分低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后躯体化、体质量、认识障碍、日夜变化、阻滞、睡眠障碍和绝望感积分均较治疗前降低(P<0.05),且治疗后治疗组的HAMD各项目积分,除日夜变化外均低于对照组(P<0.05),尤以认识障碍、阻滞、睡眠障碍和绝望感积分显著改善(P<0.01)。结论:中医养生疗法辅助治疗抑郁症具有较好的疗效及优势性,且临床适用性高。Objective：To Observe emotional status and clinical symptoms signs of change of depression patients, with adjuvant treatment of health preserving of TCM ,and to evaluate the efficacy and advantages. Method： Depression patients were randomly divided into treatment group （30 cases） and control group（30 cases） , using the corresponding treatment for clinical treatment with 12 weeks. To observe HAMD scale before and after treatment. Results： 1. According to HAMD scale,the total effective rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than the control group （P 〈 0. 05 ）. After treatment, total HAMD score was lower than that before in both groups, and,the total HAMD score of the treatment group was significantly lower than the control group （P 〈 0. 05）. After treatment, each items score of HAMD in two groups was higher than those before treatment （P 〈 0.05）. Except the score of day and night change, other items were significantly lower than the control group （P 〈 0.05） , specifically the scores of cognitive disturbance, retardation, sleep disorder and hopelessness （P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion： Health preserving of TCM can effectively improve the depression, which has advantages and clinical applicability.
