摘  要:目的:通过比较不同加工方法制得的北沙参中粗多糖(Polysaccharide of Radix Glehnia,GLP)对阴虚小鼠的免疫调节作用,探讨北沙参加工过程中去皮和不去皮的意义。方法:采用去皮和不去皮2种方法加工北沙参,分别提取去皮北沙参中的粗多糖(GLP1)和未去皮北沙参中的粗多糖(GLP2);制备阴虚小鼠模型,观察小鼠体质量变化,检测脾脏NK细胞杀伤活力、T淋巴细胞转化功能和小鼠血清抗绵羊红细胞抗体IgM含量。结果:GLP1和GLP2均可使阴虚小鼠体质量显著增加(P<0.05或P<0.01);显著增强甲亢型阴虚小鼠脾脏NK细胞杀伤率(P<0.05)和T淋巴细胞转化功能(P<0.01,P<0.05),提高血清IgM含量;且两种北沙参粗多糖(GLP1、GLP2)各相同剂量组之间的作用差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:两种北沙参粗多糖GLP1和GLP2在增强机体免疫功能方面差异无统计学意义,说明北沙参可以不去皮应用,为改进北沙参的传统加工方法提供了实验依据。Objective: To discuss the significance of preliminary processing in peeling and not peeling Radix Glehniae by camparison with immuno-regulation function in Yin-deficiency mice of different processing methods prepared Radix Glehniae polysaccharide. Methods:Peeling and not peeling Radix Glehniae processing were applied,the polysaccharide of peeling Radix Glehniae (GLP1) and the polysaccharide of not peeling Radix Glehniae (GLP2)were extracted separately;the Hyperthyroidism Yin-deficiency mice were prepared , and the effects of GLP1 and GLP2 on changes of weight, killing activity of NK cells,the T lymphocyte transformation function in spleens and the content of serum anti sheep red blood cell antibodies IgM in Yin deficiency mice were separately determined. Results:GLP1 and GLP2 could obviously increased the weights(P 〈 0.05 or P 〈 0. 01 ) , and also significantly enhanced the killing activity of NK cells ( P 〈 0. 05 ) and the T lymphocyte transformation function, raised the quantity of serum antibody IgM ( P 〈 0.05 or P 〈 0.01 ) ; there was no significant difference between the same dose group of GLP1 and GLP2 ( P 〉 0. 05 ). Conclusion: GLP1 and GLP2 had no significant differences on the immune function , this shows that Radix Glehniae could be not peeled application. This study provided an experimental basis for the improvement of the traditional processing method of Radix Glehniae.
