从教育的内涵谈到高职教育体系的若干关键点

摘　　要：教育是一种顺其自然的活动,教育者根据一定的社会要求和受教育者的发展规律,有目的、有计划、有组织地对受教育者的身心施加影响,从而把自然人所固有的或潜在的素质,自内而外引发出来,以成为现实的发展状态。本文从调查当今社会就业的现状,到分析高职学生的特点,再到研究高职教育体系成功的七大关键特点,足以证明要想透析高职教育体系,必须从研究教育内涵入手。Education is an activity with natural tendency.Educators exert physical and psychological influence on the educated in a purposeful,planned and organized way according to the social demands and certain laws of development of the educated.Thus the inherent or potential qualities of the natural person may lead out from the inside and become a real state of development.This paper makes surveys of employment status in today’s society,analyzes the characteristics of vocational students,studies seven successful characteristics of vocational education system,all of which prove that colleges should do research on educational connotation when dissecting vocational education system.
