摘　　要：低氧诱导因子-1（HIF-1）是最重要的低氧信号传递因子，普遍存在于大多数实体肿瘤。体内外实验证明HIF-1通过调节转化生长因子-β（TGF-β）的表达水平，协同TGF-β发挥促肿瘤作用，进而影响肿瘤的发展及预后。Hypoxia-inducible factor-1 （ HIF-1 ） is one of the most important hypoxia signal transmission factor, and it has been observed in many human tumors. HIF-1 could play a role of promoting tumor by regula- ting the expression level of transforming growth factor-β in vivo and in vitro, and then affecting the development and prognosis of tumor.
