摘　　要：CIMP是指一组在肿瘤中有同时存在的多个基因启动子CpG岛甲基化表型。许多研究证实在胃癌中CIMP是经常存在的现象，与胃癌的发病机制、诊断、病情、预后及治疗疗效等方面均有一定关系。CpG island methylator phenotype （CIMP） refers to a set of multiple gene promoter CpG island methylation phenotype which exists in tumor at the same time. Many studies show that CIMP is ubiqui- tous in gastric cancer, which is related to the pathogenesis, diagnosis, patient＇s condition, prognosis and cura- tive effect of gastric cancer.
