摘 要:供应链上下游企业通过建立长期合作的战略伙伴关系共享信息,形成统一的决策主体,从而避免双边际效应。研究了市场扩张条件下,批发商向零售商提供信用支付的易逝品集中订货决策问题,通过对批发商与零售商的利润分析,建立了供应链总利润函数,证明了市场扩张条件下集中决策最优订货策略的存在性,并对不同参数取值下最优订货策略的确定进行了分类讨论。最后,通过数值模拟对相关的结论进行了验证,并对信用支付期限和商品的变质率进行了敏感性分析。结果表明,在恰当的利润分配方案下,信用支付期限越长,商品变质率越大,批发商和零售商的合作动力越强。The upstream and downstream firms in the supply chain which build a long-term cooperative relationship as strategic partners, share information, and make integrated decisions, can reduce double marginalization effect. We develop an integrated decision model for deteriorating items to determine the optimal ordering policy under conditions of market expansion and the vendor providing credit payment to the buyer. By analyzing the vendor's and buyer's profits, a total profit function of supply chain is formulated. We then prove the existence of the optimal order strategies under the integrated decision and discuss its value with different parameters. Numerical examples and sensitivity analysis of the credit period and the deteriorating rate are presented to illustrate the results of the proposed model, and show that the longer credit period and the larger deteriorating rate are, the stronger the vendor and the buyer cooperating incentive is.
