高职毕业生提前在就业单位顶岗实习探析

摘　　要：高职学生第三年要到企业顶岗实习，这是高职生就业重要的过渡期和准备期，也是职业教育思想、观念和人才培养模式的重大变革，是国家为了提高高职生的动手能力，在毕业后能更快适应企业的要求而制定的一个政策。但同时在就业单位顶岗实习工程是一项重要复杂的工作，是校内教学的延伸，有效的管理是提高顶岗实习质量的关键。本文分析了高职学生顶岗实习管理中存在的问题，并提出了一些对策，对高职院校顶岗实习工作有一定的指导意义。The field practice of graduating higher vocational students is an important transition and preparation period of the employment, in addition, a major reformation of vocational education philosophy, theory and model. Relevant policies have been formulated to improve the practical ability of higher vocational students which a can motivate the graduate to fit the requirements of the emply fast. But the internship project is still an important and complex job for the employment unit and vocational educators. This research analyzes the current difllculty of vocational field practice and explores some of the countermeasures.
