医学生内生动机、心理资本对学业倦怠的影响

摘　　要：目的：研究医学生内生动机、心理资本对学业倦怠的影响。方法：采用积极心理资本问卷、大学生学习动机量表和大学生学业倦怠问卷，对378名医学生进行测量。结果：内生动机。Objective： To research the relationship among, intrinsic motivation, paychological capital and academic burnout of mendical students. Methods： 378 participants were measured with PPQ, learning motivation scale and MBI-GS. Results： Paychological capital, academic burnout and intrinsic motivation had significant,, correlation. Conclusion： Intrinsic motivation meditates the relationship between paychological capital and academic burnout： hope and self-eflScacy affect academic burnout through intrinsic motivation.
