《生产与运作管理》课程差异化教学模式研究

摘　　要：本文阐述了《生产与运作管理》课程的体系构成与教学目标，根据学生的就业领域和发展方向的不同，分析了学生对该课程差异化的知识需求，针对不同需求，分别从教材选择、教学内容设置和教学方式三个方面研究了该课程差异化的教学模式。The main contents and teaching target of the course of Production and Operations are presented. The different knowledge needs from this course are analyzed according to students＇ prefered working fields and development routines. Moreover, The differential teaching model is put forward from the perspective of selection of the textbooks, setting of the teaching contents and the teaching methods respectively.
