摘　　要：高职院校青年教师应具备一定的科研素质。针对高职院校青年教师"意识不到位、能力尚欠缺、团队未规范"等科研素质现状,尝试从"权威理论引导个人层面更高层次的追求、规章制度督促组织层面科学管理"等方面提出参考对策探索新模式。Young teachers in higher vocational colleges should have certain scientific research quality. The current scientific research status of higher vocational College young teachers is as follows： the weak scientific research awareness,lacking scientific research ability and the non-standard scientific research team. According to the above status, this paper propose countermeasures and explores new mode from the fol owing aspect：the authority theory guides young teachers to pursue the good scientific research, and the rules urge departments in the College to perform the scientific management.
