摘  要:为了研究剪力墙开洞尺寸及洞口位置对剪力墙刚度及侧向位移的影响,介绍了剪力墙等效侧移刚度以及在水平荷载作用下墙顶位移的传统计算方法;通过对不同开洞率及洞口位置的剪力墙进行计算比较,讨论了开洞率和洞口位置对剪力墙刚度和侧移的影响。得出结论:开洞率的增大使剪力墙的刚度明显下降,墙顶侧移明显增大,且洞口宽度加大和高度加大时对剪力墙刚度下降和位移增长的趋势也有一定的差异;洞口尺寸相同而洞口位置不同时,剪力墙的刚度也不尽相同,洞口位于剪力墙中间时,剪力墙的刚度要大于洞口位于两侧时的情况。这对实际应用具有一定的参考价值。In order to research the influence of hole size and hole position on stiffness and lateral displacement of shear wall, this paper introduces the traditional calculation method of shear wall, including the lateral stiffness and displacement of it, and discusses on the influence of hole ratio and hole position by comparison of shear walls with different hole ratios and hole positions. Results show that with the growing hole ratio, the stiffness of shear wall declines obviously while the displacement of the wall increases significantly, and there will be different effects on the trend of stiffness declining and displacement increasing when the width or height of the hole is enlarged. With the same hole size but the different positions, stiffness of the shear wall will also change. When the holes are in the middle of the shear wall, stiffness is larger than that on either side. Results offer some reference to the practical application.
