摘 要:目的观察口腔鳞状细胞癌中的p33/ING1基因表达情况,探讨其临床意义。方法分别选取口腔黏膜正常组织30例、异常口腔黏膜增生组织30例、口腔鳞状细胞癌黏膜组织30例,观察p33/ING1在人正常口腔黏膜上皮角化细胞(Normal Oral Keratinocyte,NOK)、人口腔黏膜上皮异常增生细胞(Dysplastic Oral Keratinocyte,DOK)和人口腔鳞状细胞癌细胞(Oral Squamous Cell Carcinoma,OSCC)中的表达情况。结果 ING在NOK细胞中的表达要远远高于在OSCC细胞中的表达,有显著性差异和统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 p33/ING1蛋白的表达在OSCC细胞中的表达显著下降,p33/ING1表达在口腔鳞状细胞癌的发展中具有重要意义。Objective To observe the p33/ING1 gene expression level in oral squamous cell carcinoma(OSCC) and discuss its clinical significance. Methods 30 cases of the normal and 30 cases of increased oral mucosa tissues and 30 cases of OSCC mucosa tissues were selected respectively, then the p33/ING1 gene expressionlevel in normal oral kerati nocyte(NOK),dysplastic oral keratinocyte(DOK) and oral squamous cell carcinoma(OSCC) cells were observed. Results ING expression level in NOK cell was obviously higher than OSCC cell(p〈0.05). Conclusion The p33/ING1 protein expression level in OSCC cells is significantly decreased, and p33/ING1 gene has an important significance in OSCC development.
