摘  要:目的探讨同型半胱氨酸、叶酸及CA15-3联合检测在乳腺疾病中的临床价值。方法收集154例乳腺疾病患者和70例健康体检女性的血液,血清Hcy测定采用循环酶法,血清叶酸测定采用化学发光免疫分析法,CA15-3测定采用双抗体夹心法。结果乳腺癌组与对照组比较,Hcy、叶酸及CA15-3的差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),乳腺癌组叶酸与Hcy、CA15-3的变化存在负相关,乳腺癌组Hcy、叶酸及CA15-3的异常比例高于乳腺良性肿瘤组和对照组。结论在乳腺疾病的实验诊断中,不能单用某一项检测为乳腺癌的评估指标,应联合多项检测,提高判断疾病的可靠程度。Objective To investigate the clinical value of combined detection between homocysteine, folic acid and CA15-3 of breast disease. Methods Collect the blood of 154 breast disease patients and 70 healthy women. Serum Hcy was measured by enzymatic cycling. Serum folate was measured by chemiluminescence immunoassay. CA15-3 was measured by double antibody sandwich method. Results Compare the breast cancer group and the control group,the differences between Hcy,folate,and CA15-3 were statistically significant (P〈0.05). Folic acid and Hcy,CA15-3 changes in the breast cancer group, there is a negative correlation. The abnormal ratio of H cy, folate,and CA15-3 in breast cancer group is higher than that in the benign breast tumor group and control group. Conclusion In the laboratory diagnosis of breast disease,a single detection can not be used as assessment indicator to detect breast cancer. In order to improve the reliability of disease judgment,it should be combined with a number of detection.
