摘　　要：基于突变理论的多准则综合评价法,构建了包含四项准则15项指标的区域循环经济评价指标体系,并以烟台市经济社会发展系统为实证对象,对2006—2011年烟台市循环经济发展水平做出评价,计算结果与实际情况较为符合,表明利用突变理论对区域循环经济发展水平进行评价是可行有效的,为循环经济综合评价提供了新的途径。Based on the multi-criteria comprehensive evaluation method of catastrophe theory, this article constructs an eval- uation index system of regional circular economy which contains 15 indicators and 4 criteria. Then the article evaluates it＇ s the circular economy development from 2006 to 2011 by takeing Yantai city as example. The calculation results are more in line with the actual situation, which shows that evaluation is feasible and effective, thus providing a new way for the com- prehensive evaluation of circular economy.
