摘　　要：高等学校教育基金会是高校拓宽办学资金的重要载体,其对高校的持续发展具有重要作用。通过调研与查阅资料阐述高校基金会的发展现状与机遇,分析其面临的问题与发展方向,并以工作实际经验出发提出一些建议。Colleges education foundation is one of the main sources to provide funds for running a school, which plays a sig- nificant role in colleges＇ sustainable development. This paper expounded the history of colleges education foundation, and analyzed the current conditions and problems of colleges education foundation. Meanwhile, suggestions and strategies were provided.
