摘 要:目的探讨二十五味珊瑚胶囊对脊髓损伤大鼠腺苷的影响及在脊髓继发性损伤中的作用。方法选择Wistar大鼠40只,随机分为正常对照组、模型对照组、模型服药1组、模型服药2组,除正常对照组外,其他3组建立大鼠胸椎脊髓腹侧压迫模型,收集脊髓损伤后脊髓组织细胞外液中的腺苷,用高效液相色谱仪紫外检测法检测细胞外液腺苷的含量。结果模型对照组脊髓损伤后腺苷浓度明显高于正常对照组,服用二十五味珊瑚胶囊2周后模型服药1组、模型服药2组脊髓损伤后腺苷浓度高于模型对照组,二者比较有显著性差异。结论二十五味珊瑚胶囊在继发性脊髓损伤中具有提高腺苷水平的作用,从而增加了神经细胞的自我修复能力,这可能是其治疗继发性脊髓损伤的作用机制之一。Objective It is to explore the role of Jinzhuyalong Ershiwuwei Coral Capsule and adenosine in secondary injury mechanism after spinal cord injury (SCI) in rats. Methods Forty Wistar rats were selected and randomly divided into normal control group, model control group, model treatment group 1 and model treatment group 2. Except for normal control group, the rats in the other groups were used to establish ventral compression injury models of T13 spinal cord, then the extracellular fluids were collected after injury. The adenosine in the samples was analyzed by high-pressure liquid chromatography (HPLC) system with ultraviolet detection. Results The level of adenosine in model control group was significant higher than that in nor- mal control group after spinal cord injury. After two weeks'treatment with Jinzhuyalong Ershiwuwei Coral Capsule, the level of adenosine in model treatment group 1 and model treatment group 2 was higher than that in model control group. Compared with each other, the difference was significant. Conclusion Jinzhuyalong Ershiwuwei Coral Capsule could increase the level of a- denosine in secondary injury mechanism after SCI in rats, thus to improve the selfhealing ability of nerve cells, which may be one of its treatment mechanism in secondary spinal cord injury.
