摘　　要：目前淮南师范学院体育专业学生在教育实习中存在着一些问题,对其针对性的提出解决的对策,可以减少克服教育实习的不足,提高体育师范生的实习水平,进而提高他们的教学能力。This article mainly through literature,combined with years of professional sports team guiding teaching practice experience,analysis of the current university sports professional students in the education practice results in the problem of existence,and put forward to solve the countermeasure,aiming to reduce overcome education practice,improve students practice level,thereby improving their teaching ability.
