射波刀联合化疗治疗肺原始神经外胚叶肿瘤  

Cyberknife combined with chemotherapy for primary pulmonary primitive neuroectodermal tumor: A case report and review of the literature

摘　　要：原始神经外胚叶肿瘤是一组少见的恶性软组织肉瘤。本文报道1例20岁肺原始神经外胚叶肿瘤患者,接受射波刀联合化疗的综合治疗,取得较好的疗效,肿瘤局部控制时间为14个月,生存期为32个月。同时,本文通过文献复习对肺原始神经外胚叶肿瘤的临床病理特征、预后因素和最佳治疗方案进行了简要综述。Primitive neuroectodermal tumor in thoracopulmonary region is a group of rare undifferentiated sarcomas usually involving the thoracic wall. This study reports a male case of 20-year-old with primary pulmonary primitive neuroectodermal tumor. The result of the study supports the efficacy and safety of the concomitant treatment of Cyberknife and chemotherapy in patients with irresectable pulmonary primitive neuroectodermal tumor. The duration of local control and the survival time were 14 and 32 months, respectively. This study also provides an overview of prognostic factors, appropriate management, and treatment outcome of the primary pulmonary primitive neuroectodermal tumor.
