近视患者配戴MCT效果的临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察角膜塑形镜的临床效果。方法随机选取2009～2010年在沈阳爱尔眼视光医院视光门诊配戴MCT患者36例（72只眼），测量角膜曲率、角膜厚度、眼轴长度并综合验光，随诊2年并停戴MCT3个月后再次测量角膜曲率、角膜厚度、眼轴长度及综合验光，对比戴镜前后的变化。结果水平k值变化-0．067±0．006，P=0．00，有统计学意义；垂直k值变化-0．003±0．006，P=0．58，差异无统计学意义；平均k值变化-0．04±0．005，P=0．00，差异有统计学意义；近视屈光度增长（0．25±0．44）D，P=0．00，差异有统计学意义；角膜厚度变化（-3．38±1．44）μm，P〉0．05，差异无统计学意义；眼轴变化（0．18±0．11）mm，P〉0．05，差异无统计学意义。结论配戴MCT后角膜水平k值变大，平均k值变大，垂直k值无变化。角膜厚度、眼轴长度无明显变化，近视增长幅度减少。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of the myopia patients taking with MCT. Methods Thirty-six myopia patients were fitted MCT contact lens. Evaluation of it was done. And the period of follow-up ranged 24 months to observe the changing of corneal curvature, corneal thick-ness, axial, diopter. Results The results showed that the horizontal corneal curvature had been de-creased, the difference was significant （P =0.00）, the vertical corneal curvature had been not changed, the difference was not significant （P =0.58）, the average corneal curvature had been decreased, the difference was significant （P =0.00）, the corneal thickness and axial had been not changed, the differ-ence were not significant （P 〉0.05）. Conclusions The horizontal and average corneal curvature are decreased, the corneal thickness and axial are not changed, the increasing of diopter is reduced.
