摘  要:目的对比观察正常人不同空间频率黑白图形和蓝黄图形视诱发电位结果。方法临床正常参考值应用分析研究。在河南省眼科研究所对42名健康成年人(84只眼)使用RETIport视觉电生理系统,分别进行双眼黑白图形与蓝与黄图形视诱发电位检查,观察60’、30’和15’三种不同方格P,oo潜伏期和N75-P100振幅。结果正常人在60’空间频率黑白图形和蓝黄图形刺激下,P100潜伏期值差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05),30’、15’空间频率黑白图形和蓝黄图形刺激下,P100潜伏期值差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05);正常人在各空间频率黑白图形和蓝黄图形刺激下,N75~P100振幅值差异均有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论临床应用蓝黄图形视诱发电位,应该建立自己相应的正常值范围。此研究为临床推广应用提供正常参考值及方法学指导。Objective To compare the difference between black-on-white pattern stimulation visu-al evoked potential (P-VEP) and blue-on-yellow pattern stimulation vision evoked potential in normal subjects. Method RETIport visual electrophysiography was used to record P-VEP at different spa-tial frequencies (60' , 30' , 15' ) and different color stimulations (black-on-white, blue-on-yellow) in 42 normal subjects (84 eyes). P100 wave latencies and N75-P100 wave amplitudes were com-pared. Results P100 wave latencies and N75-P100 wave amplitudes were statistics different (P 〈 0.01) under different color stimulations (black-on-white, blue-on-yellow) at 60' spatial frequencies; N75-P100 wave amplitudes were statistics different (P 〈0.01) under different color stimulations (black-on-white, blue-on-yellow) at 30' and 15' spatial frequencies; P100 wave latencies were not statistics different (P 〉0.05) under different color stimulations (black-on-white, blue-on-yellow) at 30' and 15' spatial frequencies. Conclusions Blue-on-yellow P-VEP should establish its own nor-mal value in clinic use, our research made useful information for clinic use.
