囊袋内张力环联合超声乳化治疗晶状体半脱位

摘　　要：目的评价半脱位晶状体超声乳化术中植入囊袋张力环（CTR）的应用效果。方法对25例（25只眼）半脱位晶状体行白内障手术，术中在常规白内障超声乳化吸除术过程中，植入晶状体囊袋张力环及囊袋内植入人工晶状体（IOL）。结果25只眼晶状体半脱位患者，均顺利植入了囊袋张力环及后房型人工晶状体。1只眼术后3个月出现人工晶状体移位，其余病例随访过程中未见人工晶状体移位及晶状体悬韧带断离范围扩大。术后患者视力均得以提高，无其他明显手术并发症。结论晶状体半脱位患者行超声乳化白内障吸除术中植入囊袋张力环是安全有效方法，有利于保持囊袋的完整，便于后房型人_丁晶状体植入，有效防止人工晶状体的偏位。Objective To evaluate the efficiency of capsular tension ring （CTR） implantation in phacoemulsification in patients with subluxated lens. Methods Phacoemulsification combined with in-traocular lens （/OL） implantation was performed on 25 eyes of 25 patients with subluxated lens. CTR was implanted during phacoemulsification. Results Twenty-five eyes of 25 patients with sub-luxated lens were implanted in the CTR and posterior chamber intraocular lens successfully, IOL dis-location in one eyes after 3 months, There was no deviation of IOL and breaking range expansion of suspensory ligament of the lens in the rest cases following up. Postoperative visual acuity was im-proved and the position of intraocular lens was suitable. No obvious operation complication oc-curred, Conclusions CTR implantation during phacoemulsification is an effective method for pa- tients with subluxated lens. It can maintain the sac integrity, facilitate posterior chamber intraocular lens implantation, prevent deviation of IOL and reduce postoperative complications.
