白内障超声乳化人工晶状体植入术后眼高阶像差与视觉质量相关性分析

摘　　要：目的观察白内障超声乳化并人工晶状体植入术后眼高阶像差与主观视觉质量问的关系，探讨改善术后视觉质量的途径。方法采用Zywave波前像差仪，检测于2011年10月至2012年8月在贵阳爱尔眼科医院诊治的129例（129只眼）白内障超声乳化并人工晶状体植入术后患者的眼总高阶像差、球差（Z400）、彗差（Z310、311）等各高阶像差均方根值（RMS），并用问卷调查表进行视觉质量评分，行Pearson相关分析检验。结果所用问卷调查表的信度较高，重复测量效果良好。总高阶像差、球差（Z400）、二级散光（Z420）与术后患者的主观视觉质量之间存在较强的关联，相关性具有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论白内障超声乳化并人工晶状体植人术后眼的部分高阶阶像差会影响术后患者的主观视觉质量，尤其是总高阶像差、球差、二级散光。Objective To observe the relationship of high-order aberrations and visual quality of pseudophakic eyes after phacoemusification surgery, and to explore the way to improve the postopera-tive visual quality. Methods By Zywave wavefront instrument, the high-order aberrations such as general high-order aberrations, spherical aberration, and coma were detected their root mean square （RMS） of 129 surgical cases （129 eyes）. The postoperative visual quality was evaluated by adminis- tered questionnaires. Pearson correlation analysis was then committed. Results The reliability of the questionnaires was higher, and the repetition of that was good. The relationships between general high-order aberrations, spherical aberration, secondary astigmatism and postoperative visual quality were statistically significant （P 〈0.05）. Conclusions Some high-order aberrations of pseudophakic eye after phacoemusification surgery can influence the postoperative visual quality, especially general high-order aberration, spherical aberration, secondary astigmatism.
