持续配戴软性角膜接触镜在治疗眼表疾病中的应用

摘　　要：目的评估持续配戴软性接触镜治疗眼表疾病的安全性与疗效。方法眼表疾病患者60例（65眼）采用配戴软性角膜接触镜过夜，并根据病变性质给予局部滴眼剂，定期检查眼表修复情况，询问疼痛缓解情况。配戴时间1—30d，平均7～14d。结果60例（65眼）患者中大泡性角膜病变8例（8眼），单疱病毒性角膜炎上皮型12例（12眼），外伤致角膜上皮缺损15例（15眼），复发性角膜上皮糜烂共25例（30眼）。角膜上皮完全愈合37眼（56．9％），部分愈合24眼（36．9％），无效4眼（6．2％）；疼痛完全缓解43眼（66．2％），部分缓解16眼（24．6％），无效6眼（9．2％）。本研究中无一例患者有并发症发生。结论连续配戴软性角膜接触镜对于多种眼表疾病具有加速角膜愈合和迅速缓解疼痛等作用。Objective To evaluate the safety and curative effect of continuously wearing soft contact lenses on the treatment of ocular surface disease. Methods To choose 60 ocular surface disease patients （65 eyes） as cases to wear soft corneal con- tact lens at night, giving local eye drops according to lesions, regularly checking the ocu- lar surface repair and inquiring about pain relief. Wearing time： 1 to 30 days, average 7 to 14 days. Results Eight cases （8 eyes） on bullous keratopathy lesions among the 60 cases （ 65 eyes）, 12 cases （ 12 eyes） on single blister epithelial type viral keratitis, 15 ca- ses （ 15 eyes） on injury to corneal epithelial, defect,25 cases （30 eyes） recurrent corneal erosiou,37 cases （56.9%） corneal healed completely,24 eyes （ 36.9% ）partly healed,4 eyes （6.2%） no effect,43 eyes （66.2%） complete pain relief, 16 eyes （24.6%）partly relief,6 eyes （9.2%） no effect. Patients with no complications occurred in this study. Conclusion It can accelerate corneal healing and alleviate their pain and suffering quickly to treat the ocular surface disease ff the patients continuously wear soft contact lenses.
