摘　　要：正常眼压性青光眼是一种慢性、进行性的视神经疾病,眼压升高是发生原发性开角型青光眼的主要危险因素之一,但一些临床现象表明单纯眼压升高并不必然导致青光眼性视神经损伤,即使在正常眼压下也能发生青光眼性视野损害及与之相关的视神经损伤,由于发病较隐匿,临床症状不典型,因此诊断及治疗较为困难,并常常被忽视。本次我们对其临床特征及其相关因素的国内外研究近况做一综述,以期对正常眼压性青光眼有更深入了解及进行更有效的治疗。Normal tension glaucoma （NTG） is a kind of chronic and progressiveoptic nerve disease. High intraocular tension is the main risk factor of primary narrow- open-angle glaucoma, however, some clinical phenomenon show that high intraocular tension itself can hardly lead to glancomatous optic nerve damage, even patients who have normal intraocular pressure may suffer from glaucomatous vision damage and op- tic nerve damage related to glaucoma. Because of its delitescent onset and atypical clini- cai symptoms,its diagnosis and treatment prove difficult, and are usually neglected. In this paper, we review the latest research on the clinical features and related factors of normal tension glaucoma at home and abroad in hope that people have a deeper under- standing and a more effective treatment of this disease.
